Boonah State High School is a transparent organisation and are committed to helping community partners, our students, and parents access and gain an understanding of our policies, procedures and practices.
These procedures apply to all forms of assessment including exams, assignments, projects, presentations, performances and portfolios. All forms of assessment will be referred to in this policy as “assessment”.
As part of an initiative to strengthen discipline in Queensland State schools, Discipline Audits will be conducted in every Queensland State school by November 2014.
This Responsible Behaviour Plan for students is designed to facilitate high standards of behaviour so that the learning and teaching in our school can be effective and students can participate positively within our school community.
The Queensland Government, including The Department of Education, Training and the Arts, is committed to protecting students from the harmful effects of the sun in accordance with the Department’s guidelines.
Uniform is an important factor in developing positive school tone and pride in the school and it is a condition of enrolment that students will wear full school uniform each day.
